Chippendale cherry tall chest featuring a bold cornice molding, a cyma curve drop pendant and straight bracket feet with double spur returns. Southeastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island or Eastern Connecticut, 1740 – 1765.
In excellent original condition featuring a fine historic surface with deep color and a soft patina. The chest retains the original cast brass hardware.
